We follow the regulations set by the Govern¬ment of Canada

We work by the Regulations and all the laws that are set by the Canadian government for Migrants from different countries of the world The Canadian Migration Agency is commissioned by Parliament and the Government, who set the Canadian immigration policy. We are thus commissioned by the Canadian Government who makes decisions on migration policy. When necessary, the court interprets the law.
Each year we receive appropriate directions from the Government stating objectives on how to immigrate to Canada and we are well aware of any new rule is set by the government for the immigration process. Rights of the Migrants are funda¬mental

• To present a bank of stories related to immigration that can be used in strategic ways as an educational activity or tool in classrooms, and/or a resource for people seeking different opportunities in Canada.
• Teach students interviewing and the correct skills which are very helpful in the process of immigration.
• Encourage children and adults to talk to elders to record family history. And learn about Canadian culture.
• Record immigrant stories to paint a picture of local history and a historical archive.
• To develop an online resource that can be a springboard for offshoot projects. These might include story presentations before an audience; story exchanges between students and participating community groups; or stories focused on a particular community, neighborhood, or demographic group that is facing a specific, immigrant-related challenge. Everything that is the best of your interest will be shared.
